STANDARD PRICES (9am - 5pm Monday to Friday)

Please note prices are fully inclusive for the whole session, no confusing hourly rates or hidden extras. Staying mainly online has helped us to keep our fees down. 

 

INITIAL ASSESSMENT MEETING (MIAM) - up to 60 minutes.
 

£110 for an individual meeting (including the mediator's section of the form for court if necessary) 

Unless you are eligible for legal aid in which case this meeting would be free of charge.

VOUCHERS FOR MEDIATION (£500 towards costs)

We are also registered with the government voucher scheme for mediation which could provide £500 towards mediation appointment costs for your case if it relates to child arrangements. Just ask your mediator about this at your Miam.

MEDIATION SESSIONS (Booked for 90 minutes)

Our charges are based upon your income and are fully inclusive for the whole appointment.

INCOME UNDER £35K  - £135 per client per session 

(including tax credits but not eligible for legal aid)
 

INCOME £35k - £60k  -  £175 per client per session
 

INCOME £60k plus     -  £190 per client per session
 

CHILD INCLUSIVE MEDIATION with a specialist mediator. This involves one appointment with a child over the age of ten years and costs £70 for that one off session in addition to the above. It is an option but not included or suitable in all cases.

Statement of Outcome £85 per client

Parenting plan £140 per client

Total price for both Memorandum of Understanding & Open Financial Summary £260 per client

LEGAL AID
We are able to offer legal aid for those who qualify. Please call us if you would like to be assessed for legal funding. If you are eligible mediation may be free for you. We offer legal aid in partnership with AIM Mediation.
